Q: If you could ask shuttle passengers to do one thing to make your day easier, what would it be?
A: I would say familiarize yourself with all of the ways to order a ride with the apps and the website for routes. It would be nice to see more passengers riding each day.
Q: How do the new Lab shuttles compare to others you have driven?
A: I like them because they are new and exciting. Always excited to receive new equipment. These buses are newer which make them more comfortable. They’re smaller and easier to maneuver.
Q: What makes coming to work at the Lab fun for you?
A: I love my job and want to do better every day. The passengers are friendly, and I enjoy my co-workers. I like what I’m doing and I am so thankful for this opportunity.
